SPCC Plans

Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasures (SPCC)

The US EPA requires Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) plans for any facility with an above-ground oil storage capacity of 1,320 gallons or more of new oil, used oil, petroleum, and vegetable- or oil-based products that could reasonably be expected to discharge to navigable waters. There are additional requirements for facilities with underground storage capacities of 42,000 gallons or more. eTECH provides professional services to develop and implement SPCC plans.
